Awww, Sweetie's so cute! I totally related to your post about the parvo scare. I remember when we first got Orion and he was showing signs of it. We sat in the vet E.R. all night long, after being told that IF he survives the night, he MIGHT be OK. This was way B.C. (Before Children), and I remember thinking, "There's no way we're ever having kids. I can't do this." Obviously, he made it through, and we had a wonderful 15 years with him. I still miss him a lot, and there will never be another dog like him. I hope you all have a similar experience with Sweetie. Getting a dog is one of the best things you can do for your children. (So why are we dragging our feet so long before getting another?) :-)
