And because the changes I made to the recipe were simply ingredient substitutions and did not involve a significant difference in method, I don't feel right about claiming the altered recipe as my work, either. I do wish I could share the recipe, but I hope you'll understand why I can't. The book has been out for a few years, so you might be able to find it at your local library or bookstore. I know it's available at Amazon.com. It's got a lot of great lemon recipes—including one for pasta that I've made and enjoyed, as well.
