I'm apologize, Wendy, for my lack of explanation about those two things! You've inspired my next post, where I will define them at length. But just so you know, Rapadura is, indeed, a sweetener—basically unrefined cane sugar with all of the minerals intact. And a Vita-Mix is a high-power blender that I use to grind grains and puree foods. Thanks for the questions!
Love,
Sonya

Sonya, what is Rapadura and what is Vita-Mix? You've mentioned them in previous posts and I kept meaning to ask, so now I am. I'm assuming Rapadura is some sort of sweetener? I love the heart-shaped muffins!

Wardeh—I did sub an equal amount of GF flour for the WW pastry flour—no adjustments. Of course, I used rice milk in place of the raw milk and flaxseed meal/water mix for the egg. They were so good that I have another batch of each version soaking tonight to bake in the morning. :-)

You are so kind to me, Sonya. :) Thank you for being an inspiration to ME!

Your week looks wonderful! About the muffins, did you sub an equal amount of the gf flour mix for the ww pastry flour - or did you have to adjust the amount at all?

Everything else looks really yummy - and I added sprouted lentils to our dinner last night for the same purpose. Thanks for sharing your week in the Twister!
