25 Carols of Christmas: No. 3

I was glad when I reached randomly into our Christmas CD collection and pulled this one out today. Vince Gill’s soothing voice is well-suited to the traditional carols on this CD—perfect wake-up-gradually music, and nice, too, for serenading us throughout the day. I almost decided to share O Come All Ye Faithful here (it’s interesting to see how different artists interpret familiar songs in unfamiliar ways), but instead I chose a less well-known carol: A Cradle in Bethlehem on Vince Gill’s Breath of Heaven CD.
