Well done! They both look amazing. And the dense fudge like cake sounds wonderful. I prefer that kind of cake to light and fluffy.
I can only imagine the look on your little girls face when she saw her Barbie cake.

Sonya – The cakes are fabulous! I love that your family gobbled up the first cake even though the gluten-free aspect made it less cake-like. That’s awesome!
